On May 11,2015,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the"end of fat planting"industry standard,the standard number is QB/T 4791-2015,the implementation date is October 1,2015.The standard definition of planting the fat end,raw materials,sensory,test methods,inspection rule,mark,packing,transportation and storage of the regulation,especially for accounts for the proportion of fat fat,surface oil content,peroxide value,moisture content,and the regulation of coke grain,help to improve enterprise's production management level and the industry as a whole the product quality.The standard defines the end of the fat plant and the liquid of the fat plant.
